Two months ago, I got the very exciting project of designing a wedding card!
Before my clients send out the printed cards to the guests, here is a quick look at the result:
The wedding ceremony will take place in a garden in the country side, near St Sauveur in Quebec.
So the bride-to-be and I went for subtle colors: greens, whites, and light greys, to go with the funky green envelops.
We used a raffia ribbon to hold the cards together and attach the name tag. Don’t they look cute?

The bride is originally from Lebanon and her groom is from Germany. They wanted to get married in the bride’s favourite church in Lebanon, but since the wedding is taking place in Quebec, she asked to have the church drawn on the card, et voila!
I have to admit that working on wedding cards isn’t the easiest task, specially when it involves cartoon representations of the couple.
I’m proud of the final outcome, and delighted that the clients are very happy – I wish them the best!
